Personal data and purposes
If you contact Casa Qumi by email or WhatsApp, we may process the information you submit, including contact details and your enquiry, in order to respond and manage a requested booking. Information necessary to provide accommodation or fulfil statutory guest registration and invoicing duties may also be processed through our booking and check-in workflows.
Legal basis
Depending on the activity, processing is based on requested pre-contractual steps, performance of the accommodation contract, legal obligations or applicable legitimate interests. Electronic marketing will not be sent without an appropriate legal basis.
Retention
Enquiries are retained for as long as necessary to respond and address relevant liabilities. Booking, invoicing and guest registration records follow applicable statutory retention requirements; exact periods must be verified for the operational systems in use.
Service providers and disclosures
Depending on your interactions, service providers may include Google Workspace (email), WhatsApp/Meta (messaging), Netlify (web hosting), Guesty (bookings), Chekin (guest check-in), Google Maps (if activated) and Wikimedia Commons (externally hosted images). Any international access or transfers and their safeguards should be checked against the providers’ current documentation. Information may be disclosed to public authorities when legally required.
Your rights
Where applicable, you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, data portability and withdrawal of consent by contacting jorge@casaqumi.com. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Authority (AEPD).

The reviewed site does not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or its own contact forms. Guesty and WhatsApp links lead to external services; the embedded Google Map loads after an explicit click. See our cookie information.
